Amílcar Navarro Amador is an attorney with over 15 years of experience advising national and international clients on complex legal matters. His career, built on corporate law practice in Nicaragua, has expanded internationally, culminating in his specialization in negotiation and conflict management in Spain.
A graduate of the Central American University (UCA), Amílcar strengthened his global profile with a Master’s degree from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics (ISDE) in Barcelona. He is currently enhancing his strategic skills through a Master’s in Mediation and Conflict Management at the prestigious International School of Mediation (EIM).

Joel Martínez is an Attorney and Notary Public with a strong academic background and an outstanding professional trajectory in the practice of law, particularly in Civil Law, Real Estate Law, Family Law, Corporate Law, and Notarial Practice. He earned his Law Degree from the Central American University (UCA) and complemented his education with a postgraduate program in Family Procedural Law with Emphasis on the International Recovery of Child Support at the Polytechnic University of Nicaragua (UPOLI).
From the beginning of his career, Joel has demonstrated commitment, professional ethics, and a focus on the effective resolution of legal disputes. Throughout his professional experience, he has worked with renowned firms and organizations such as Bufete Jurídico UCA, Báez Cortés & Cía Ltda., Bufete Jurídico Popular de Granada, and Directum Abogados S.A (Latamlex).
He is currently part of the legal team at Navarro Amador & Associates as an Associate, where he provides specialized corporate advisory services, with particular attention to the banking sector.
